Are You Thinking One-To-Many In Your Business Instead Of One-To-One?

Another fantastic way to prep your mindset and your business for passive revenue is to keep a simple concept at the forefront of your interaction with your target audience.

Let's break this down:

1. Do I have an opportunity to answer this in a one-to-many way?

If you answer questions one-to-one, you will repeat yourself a lot and you'll be missing a huge opportunity to captalize on the popular questions. Instead, look at the questions you get a lot as giant flashlights revealing exactly what it is your clients want.

The next time you get a question, decide if it should be answered directly back to the client (usually for very specific, off the wall questions), answered via your blog / newsletter article (great for questions that come up often but don't require lengthy answers / strategy) or if it is something that should be a passive revenue stream (designed to give your clients a ton of strategy / advice / guidance and reach a mass number of people at once.)

2. Is this question something I hear a lot?

If the question comes up a lot, you know that it is a hot topic area for your audience base. For example, I get asked a lot about passive revenue and how to create it for business. So, I decided to create this e-book! Prior to creating the e-book, I tested some of the material out at speaking engagements and on teleseminars so I could hone in on what people needed and enjoyed the most.

Don't be afraid to create paid resources for your business and, when the question is one that requires expertise and time to answer, point them in the direction of that paid resource.
