Electrical Applied Certificate

Description

The Electrical Applied Certificate program is delivered in Saskatoon and is equivalent to level one technical training. The program includes classroom and hands on training in the trade shop, life skills training and safety tickets. Students can also complete a work practicum and can earn up to 300 hours of trade time credit toward apprenticeship. Apprentices and Red Seal Electricians (NOC 7241) can find employment with construction companies, electrical contractors and maintenance departments of buildings and other establishments, or they may be self-employed.
