The 12 week Residential Renovation and Construction (RRaC) program is delivered in First Nation community locations. The program includes classroom and hands on training, life skills training, career planning, and safety tickets. Graduates of this program can expect to find entry level employment with residential and commercial construction companies, carpentry contractors, and maintenance departments of factories, plants and other establishments as construction trades helpers and labourers.
