Our postures, facial expressions and intonation always something to report to others, including those with whom we interact on business issues. Experts from the University of Ottawa studied the research devoted to non-verbal communication at work, and combined them into a great review. As a result, scientists have identified five main functions of nonverbal behavior in the workplace.
