The manifestation of emotions using nonverbal signals can
positively affect the working environment.
Firstly, a clear demonstration of feelings of one of my
colleagues can cause a chain reaction. In this scenario, a positive
attitude employee transferred the rest, which improves workflow
efficiency.
Second, emotional displays can serve as a barometer of the
collective. For example, if one of the employees left the office of
the chief angry or frustrated, for the rest it will be a signal not
to disturb the boss at the moment, which, in turn, will avoid
unnecessary conflicts.
Of course, the work requires concentration and endurance, but that
does not mean that you should completely hide emotions.
Trying to keep a good face on a bad game will be regarded more as
colleagues insincerity. The trick is that the more a person hides
emotions, the higher the probability that they will leak through
small, almost indiscernible expression. And it is they believe
colleagues.
In addition, the need to always keep a person very exhausting. That
is why talking about exhausting "emotional labor" staff.
In any case, when you realize that feeling, and it manifests itself
adequately, the atmosphere around becomes more favorable.
