Submitting a link to Reddit couldn't be simpler, but first you need to decide what type of content you want to submit. A link or a text post?

Links contain - you guessed it - links to other websites, videos etc. and text submission are just longer text based posts (questions, stories, opinions and more).

On the ride hand side of Reddit, no matter where you are, you'll see the submission buttons:

Title your post, paste the URL and choose the subreddit you want it to appear in.

The most-subscribed subreddits will appear as suggestions, but you can type in any existing category.
