From the initial search, 889 articles were identified, and after applying eligibility criteria, 21 studies were included, including 10 RCTs. However, most studies focused on short-term measurements of gait and balance, while only one study directly measured falls. Consequently, there was a range of quality among the identified studies and their outcomes, creating difficulty in arriving at conclusive findings regarding the influence of chiropractic care on the risk of falls.
