Discussion

The findings of this review indicate a scarcity of high-quality research investigating the efficacy of multimodal chiropractic care in fall prevention.

Additional investigations are necessary to establish a foundation of evidence and provide insight into the involvement of chiropractic care in mitigating fall risks. Therefore, long-term studies that assess the impacts of chiropractic interventions, especially in the older population, are of utmost importance. Additionally, exploring the potential advantages of multimodal approaches compared to unimodal ones and assessing the impact of chiropractic care on various modifiable risk factors associated with falls should be prioritized.
