Introduction

Falls among older adults are a significant concern, resulting in severe injuries, disabilities, and increased healthcare expenses. Various healthcare disciplines, including chiropractic care, have explored strategies to prevent falls. However, the current body of research needs a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of multimodal chiropractic interventions in mitigating fall risks. This review aims to consolidate evidence on chiropractic care's impact on falls, gait, and balance and provide recommendations for future research.
