Reefer Madness was a morality campaign designed by a Church Group in 1936. The goal of the film was to show Cannabis as an evil drug, that caused users to engage in harmful activities.

Though it is considered by some to be the worst movie ever made, it could be argued that it still has a lingering effect on our collective consciousness.
