Rules, Tips And Charts

In this section I want to give you some extra rules, tips, and information that you can use for quick reference. These are mostly a summary of what I have written above, but are in a short format so that you can copy them, carry them with you, and put them on your fridge (or wherever else you think is appropriate).

1 Eat every 3 hours.
2 Eat protein at each meal.
3 Eat vegetables with each meal.
4 Eat good fats each day.
5 Eliminate all refined carbohydrates.
6 Get all of your minerals.
7 Get a variety of antioxidants.
8 Get your fiber.
9 Drink lots of water.
10 Exercise!
