You can manage the inventory of all of your products from the My Products tab of the Store Manager.

Products that are out of stock will not be displayed to your buyers when they visit your store.

To manage your inventory:

1. From the My Products tab of the Store Manager, from your product list, click a product to edit it.
2. Under Options and Inventory, check the box next to I want to manage inventory.
3. Under I want to manage inventory, next to Number of items in stock, type the number of items currently in stock.

If your product includes options such as sizes or colors, in Step 3, click Manage Options and Inventory and you will see a list of all of the possible combinations of products in the Product Options and Inventory window. Next to each product combination, under Inventory, type the number of items in stock for that combination of options. If the combination is not applicable to your store, under Active, click Disable. Click Done.

4. Click Save Product.

Your inventory is set.

Your product will be updated in your Wix Store immediately after clicking Save Product. Any buyers that already have items in their shopping cart that are out-of-stock as a result of an inventory update will see a message that the product is no longer available.

Please make sure that you have enabled your IPN settings in your PayPal account. You can do this by logging into your PayPal account > History > Turn on IPN > Receive IPN messages (Enabled).
