This function acts very much the same as attaching video or audio files. When you've got a PDF or Word Doc to share, and you want to give your members the option of downloading it for themselves, attaching a file is as easy as clicking on the paperclip icon.

Once you've added the file in, you'll see a hyperlink that leads your users to the file.
