Understanding Ménière’s Disease

Ménière's Disease is a chronic disorder that affects the inner ear, impacting an individual's balance and hearing. Although the exact cause of Ménière's Disease remains unknown, researchers speculate that a combination of factors, such as fluid buildup in the inner ear, changes in ear pressure, and impaired drainage, contribute to its development. This condition typically affects one ear, and its onset is commonly observed in the late 40s or early 50s, although it can occur at any age.
