Basecamp Tips

Wonder, don't educate
Whenever we come together, we tend to get the most out of our discussions if we come in with something we're genuinely wondering about - not to educate others with our own certainties. The richness of discussion comes from us being able to wonder (and maybe discover) together.

Learn from all voices
The world's challenges are complex. It takes every perspective to see the whole issue. Discover the value that each person can bring. Take the opportunity to be with people who think and see differently.

Give
Contribute what you can, and trust others to do the same. Don't expect a return or an exchange for something of equal value. Don't come to Basecamp as a consumer expecting to be satisfied; come as a contributor expecting to help out.

Play
Laugh. try new things. Don't take yourself too seriously. Let humor help you hold onto a healthy perspective.
