STRAIGHT: Five cards of consecutive ranks and varying suits. Again, the highest is Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10 and the lowest is 5, 4, 3, 2, Ace. A low straight is also known as a "wheel." If more than one player has a straight, the winner is determined by whoever has the highest card of the highest cards in each of the straights. Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7 beats 10, 9, 8, 7, 6 because the highest card in the first straight, a Jack, beats the highest card in the second straight, the 10.
