Find some tools that will help you manage your community, communicate content, and engage with members.

Here are some of my favorites that I use:

Buffer- lets you add tweets to your buffer and then it distributes them throughout the day/week

Hootsuite - does a good job of allowing collaboration if you have multiple people running one Twitter account. The Free version allows you to have up to 5 social profiles connected. It'll also allow you to generate some pretty interesting reports.

SproutSocial - is similar to Hootsuite by allowing you to manage and schedule posts for multiple social accounts. They also generate some really awesome analytic reports.

Prismatic - An amazing site for content discovery - both based on defined subjects and from your following on any of the social platforms you connect.

Swayy - A more recent tool, but very effective none the less. It's similar to Prismatic in the content discover sense, but it also allows you to share directly to your connected social profiles and tracks key engagement analytics which are then visually displayed. You can also have multiple dashboards to help manage different sets of accounts (personal, work, etc).
