What does the mean of working conditions !! The equipment, tools, and machines that employees are required to do productive work. Every one of us experienced the frustration of faulty machines. This is the cause of the demotivation. Remember I am not saying that when something or machines are breaks down it causes of the demotivation; I am saying that if it remains unrepaired then, it will be the cause of demotivation.
