Now that we know "where" our target users are (via the channels exercise listed above), we now turn to "how" we will reach them.

What are the specific actions you will do to get people to signup for your product or service? Match these actions to each channel. This can include online advertising, search engine optimization, and display advertising. It can also include using a direct sales team or telemarketing. Or, it can be leveraging a partner's sales team (e.g. via an affiliate or lead-gen deal).

Research your competitors or similar services in another industry. What kind of partnerships do they have in place? Where are they advertising or promoting their service?
