Foundation Walls below Ground
- Concrete block foundation walls shall be parged on the exterior face below ground level as required in Section 9.13.

Foundation Walls above Ground
- Exterior surfaces of concrete block foundation walls above ground level shall have tooled joints, or shall be parged or otherwise suitably finished.

Form Ties
- All form ties shall be removed at least flush with the concrete surface.
