Want to learn more about the shared platform?

There is a strong sense of commitment to share and be effective communicators across the team. A shared platform tool can only continue to improve visibility and transparency.

In terms of the shared platform, a procurement process is underway to have a common information management system that has access to collaborative tools such as Bluebeam. Examples of what the system will be capable of providing include:

  • Submittals - submit, markup and transfer shop drawing and the like between all parties, online workflows, and record copies.
  • Drawings - online repository and distribution of all drawings and specifications, up to date redlines.
  • RFIs (request for information) - complete online RFI workflow for design and construction.
  • Place to store all meeting minutes.

Currently, three companies have been shortlisted in the procurement of the system. The goal is to have the platform up and running by summer 2019. Interim procedures prior to the launch of the shared platform will be communicated to all.
