Thank you for being an integral part of our on-going effort to build an IPO to fit the need and reflect the uniqueness of our Program. The on-hand priority is to have enough space for a fully integrated functional model while planning for the combined resource growth required to effectively deliver the overall program. This means there will be ongoing internal shuffles and we appreciate your open mindedness and flexibility.

The Community Builders of the Program Integration team are planning to facilitate discussions on continuous improvement regarding collocation and fine tune our purpose built teams.

As for more immediate moves:

Some team members in the IPO, 150 Slater on the 7th floor will be moving to the 6th floor.

All team members from 155 Queen will move to the 6th and 7th floors of the IPO.

Canada Four Corners will come offline within the next year or two.

The basement of the Library of Parliament in Centre Block and the onsite trailers are other locations to come. Details have yet to be determined.

Several people asked about if they can use the gym located within the EDC building where the IPO is located. Unfortunately this is not feasible, the gym is for EDC employees only.
