Once construction happens on the building will there be a mesh showing the Parliament build or a plain mesh?

The Team understands the need to reduce the visual impact of construction at the Centre Block, and is committed to maintaining a positive visitors` experience for visitors to Parliament Hill and to keeping the Hill accessible during the rehabilitation of the Centre Block. While a construction tarp is required on the Centre Block to mitigate the impact of the environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) during the rehabilitation project, tarping will not be installed until the early 2020s. A decision on the use of a decorative construction tarp will be made closer to the installation date.
