Does the Program Integration Team have an idea of when there will be a training to review tools and protocols?
The tools and processes to support the overall Program will be rolled out in the coming months with the necessary training. We are currently developing a roll out plan for training in the Last Planner® System (including pull planning). This will allow our team to learn about (or buff up their skills on) the various, tools and processes we've developed and tested over the last year. The tools instruction will include, and not limited to, A3s, 5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis and Choosing by Advantages.
The Program Integration Team want to work collaboratively with all team members. Participate in the development and integration of your team and team members by being part of the learning process, tell us about your learning and integration needs.
