For this section we might want to use a Three horizons tool. It's a very simple tool that shows where we currently are in a system, we then move to the future horizon and imagine what that would look like (say 2050) and then the middle horizon is what we need to do to get there.

For the purposes of our conversation we will discuss developed country context.
