During the dialogue leading up to basecamp and through discussions a basecamp: London itself, I hope participants will be able to:

1. Discuss and gain a better understanding of DGC and Pseudo-democracy as phenomena-in-themselves, and to explore whether DGC is the central global issue that humanity must overcome. DGC operates largely unseen, rather like a puppet-master. A central outcome would therefore be to instil in participants a fuller understanding of DGC and how it operates, and its all-pervasiveness in the world today. We surely cannot do anything about the puppet-master until he is first exposed for all to see.
2. To exchange ideas, contacts, best practice, examples and tools that will provide value to all participants and to encourage participants to contribute to any or all of the below-mentioned initiatives or to come up with their own ideas.
3. To develop an increased interest, involvement and injection of new ideas and opinion to DGC and pseudo-democracy through participation of the individuals engaged in the dialogue process itself.
4. To identify a set of key actions resulting from basecamp: London that will move the Simultaneous Policy (Simpol) initiative ahead more quickly.
