Key Challenge(s)

  • Should be a clear, brief (6-12 lines) description of a major problem / issue / task being faced by the group (i.e., by whoever is about to engage in some type of discussion or project). This could involve as few as 2-3 persons in the early engagement with a potential client or as many as 100 or more when one is running either a specific time-based Challenge Dialogue initiative or mentoring an organization through an ongoing major Performance Improvement initiative or helping diverse stakeholders to create a flexible but disciplined Innovation Network.
  • Where appropriate, it is useful to present the implication of this challenge for the organization and raise the question: " What would happen if we did nothing?"
