Take a look at your current marketing pitch. This includes every word and every image that you are currently using to try to get customers into your restaurant.
Look at your Facebook page, website, mailers, menus, and even what your employees are saying when they answer the phone. Everything associated with your restaurant's brand that is public facing toward customers is part of your restaurant's marketing pitch.
This is the pitch that sells potential customers on coming to your restaurant. However, it is also what customers use to describe your restaurant- either in their own mind or when talking to their friends. Your customers will draw from the words and ideas present in your marketing pitch.
So start looking around on your online profiles, check out your menus, and wrangle in all those creative marketing elements that your restaurant uses to win new business. We'll be improving all of it.
