If you find connecting to your database is slow it is because there are a lot of misconfigured DNS servers out there. We have found through experience, that the fastest DNS servers you can use are the OpenDNS servers. We would suggest changing to these servers if you are having slow authentication times. If you do not have slow authentication times, just leave them as they are.

1) Simply enter 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 into the DNS server fields.
