From my experience, even if you don't know how to design, you can still whip out a great blog graphic in just 10 minutes. The key is to use online tools!

Design websites have thousands of free, up-to-date templates and design elements. I tend to go to Designbold. Most of their templates, photos and illustrations are free and I just love to save myself some extra bucks.
