Access Openings
- Any covering of an access opening through which a person could enter shall be openable from the inside without the use of keys where there is a possibility of the opening being accidentally closed while the system or equipment is being serviced.

Openings in Air Duct Systems
- Air duct systems shall have no openings other than those required for the proper operation and maintenance of the system.
- Access openings shall be provided in duct systems to allow the removal of material that may accumulate in plenums and ducts.

Odour Removal Equipment
- When odour removal equipment of the adsorption type is used, it shall be
- installed to allow access so that adsorption material can be reactivated or renewed, and
- protected from dust accumulation by air filters installed on the inlet side.
- Facilities for flushing and drainage shall be provided where filters are designed to be washed in place.
