The best way to grow your customer base is by identifying "clusters" or subgroups of your target customers that will make your marketing and sales more efficient.
Hopefully you already know a lot about this market or learned a lot while doing market research.
Make a list of all the online and offline "places" where your users spend their time communicating, sharing, or networking. For each service, estimate how many of your customers use that service actively. Include any competitor websites or services.
Use the second tab of the file from the previous task to list each service and how many of your target customers use that service.
This will help define target areas for acquiring customers in the next section.
