Create An Action Plan

By now you should have lots of great ideas for programs and promotions you can run that will increase your Core Metric for your target market. Now it's time to put them into place.

Open the spreadsheet that you used in the previous section and take some of your best channels and promotions and mix them together to build programs that you think have the highest chance of success with minimal effort and cost.

Once you've outlined the programs, estimate how many new users / customers / signups (whatever your Core Metric is) each program will generate per week in the column to the right.
