Make it a priority to track your weekly progress for each of the programs that you're running. Use the "My Growth Plan" worksheet and enter weekly results for each program. Review them with your team and take some time to discuss what's working and what's not. Sometimes it will take awhile to see results, so don't shut down any programs too quickly.
If it's working - great!
If it's not meeting your expectation, discuss how you can improve the program. Hold a brainstorming session and come up with variations of the original plan. If your team can come up with a solution or concept that you feel strongly about, try it out.
Otherwise, kill it and move on.
Revisit your original program spreadsheet and see if there are other programs you can start. Sometimes a program that made sense before "learning from doing" doesn't make much sense afterward.
