Are any of your programs repeatedly successful? Congratulations!

Remember to always be asking yourself these three questions:

1. Is the program predictably returning results (consistent)?
   
2. Is the program profitable (does it cost less than it generates)?
   
3. Am I (or a key member of my team) necessary to make this successful?
   

If a program is returning consistent, profitable results week over week for 4 weeks, you probably have a golden program. Start exploring whether you can get more out of the program - if you invest more in the channel, will it produce the same conversion rates?

Over time you should work on handing over to someone else so you can do it again with another program.
