How were your results? Were you able to find one or more programs that are predictable, profitable, and sustainable?
If you haven't yet, that's ok. It can take awhile to build a growth engine, but don't give up - it's the core aspect to building your business and critical for continued growth.
If you have had some success, start working on a plan to transition these programs to automated processes (best) or hiring someone / reassigning them to somebody who can keep them going and optimize them for greater impact.
Either way, take a break to make a list of what worked (and why), what didn't work (and why), and the lessons you learned. Do this with the team so everyone in the organization benefits from this knowledge. You may even want to put it into a document to share with new people who join the team - this is very valuable information that can significantly shorten the learning curve.
