Introduction to Heat Pumps

Heat pumps are ultra high-efficiency heating and cooling systems that can transfer heat energy between your home and the outdoors. They are fully electric and require no oil or gas to run. When cooling, the system works like an air conditioner. When heating, the cycle reverses, and the heat pump captures heat energy from outside to raise the indoor temperature - even in the middle of winter!

This section will go over the basics of how they work.
