These guidelines are for Contractors wishing to use the Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. name in advertising or promotional campaigns. The use of Enbridge intellectual property by Contractors without Enbridge's written consent and/or any actions of misrepresenting Enbridge or any of Enbridge's incentive offers can cause serious damage to Enbridge's business and its goodwill. If you fail to strictly comply with these guidelines, Enbridge reserves the right to commence legal actions in addition to advising federal and provincial authorities of any infringements, deceptive marketing practices, and fraudulent activities.
