John Oram has over 20 years of experience in network administration, technical support, and Information Communications Technology leadership, with 15 years of experience in enterprise content management and knowledge management.

Before joining CARE Canada in 2009, John worked in the telecommunications industry, and also had a successful consulting practice with a wide range of clients, including financial, manufacturing, and government organizations. At CARE, John is responsible for Information Communications Technology and Knowledge Management.

John came to CARE to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions by helping those who serve individuals and families in the poorest communities in the world.
