Nicholas Carter joined OpenText in September 2008 as product Manager for BPM and workflow solutions. He became Director of Product Management for Archive and email in 2011 and then Senior Director for the ECM product portfolio in 2012. He has been instrumental in planning and delivering significant new capabilities across the product portfolio focused on the needs of the customer, improving the user experience and constantly improving the OpenText Content Suite to enable customers to manage larger volumes of information.D;A;D;A;Prior to joining OpenText, Nic designed and built renowned, user-centric systems for more than two decades at companies such as British Airways®, Xerox® and Cincom Systems where he built a development team from the ground up. He was instrumental in building a products sold to over 500 enterprise customers and then designed an award winning product named Cincom Eloquence which continues to be well accepted in the market to this day.
