To setup your custom domain for your account, follow the steps below:
NOTE: You will need a HUB+ (upgraded) account to use custom domains.
1. Go to your account settings: Navigate to the account settings of your account. The link to your account settings is on the left side navigation beneath your list of channels:
2. Go to Account Name and URL: Click on the settings button for this section:
3. Custom URL: Enter the custom URL you want to use under custom URL:
4. Test settings: Click on the "test" button beside the custom domain. Note, if you have not configured the DNS settings, you will receive a "pending" status message. This is normal.
5. Save. Click on the "update button" below the custom URL at the bottom of the page. This will save your settings.
It is also a good idea to update your branding (your logo and colors) for your custom domain. You can do this by going to Account Settings -> Layout / Design. For more information, check out this section of the support guide.
