Should the candidate want to change the exam date, time or location, they need to send a rescheduling request to testingsupport@getyardstick.com and meet the following two conditions:

1. Request must be sent at least five business days prior to the currently scheduled exam date and 2. At least five business days prior to the new requested exam date.
