Once audits are completed by the auditors in the field, the audit manager must review these audits before they are shown to the franchisees. The audit manager can simply click on the Completed button in the Audits tab to show the ones which need to be approved.
Clicking on the map icon to the right will open Google Maps and show the location where the auditor completed the audit. This is helpful to review that they were at the appropriate location. Clicking on the audit row will open the review page for this audit. The audit itself is listed at the bottom for review. If approved, the auditor manager should click on the Approve Audit button at the top of the page.
The auditor manager must also approve the tasks proposed by the auditor. This is done by clicking the + button next to each task. Proposed settings can also be changed. Once created, you can navigate to a task by clicking on the eye icon.
Tasks will be shown in the next section, but once tasks are completed, the interface within the audit panel changes to mark them as completed.
