If a sub leaves a mess behind, SAM contracts accommodate for minimum $200 charge for clean up, higher charges (at $100/hour) for larger clean up. CLEAN UP CHARGES ARE APPLIED AGAINST SUBCONTRACTOR INVOICES BEFORE PAYMENT!
