Your job is not done once you respond to your Yelp customers.

Make sure you actually gain something from their feedback. If multiple people think that the lighting in your main dining room is too dark, then maybe you should make it a little brighter. When those customers return to your restaurant, they'll be incredibly excited that you listened to them.
