Premium Features

Guides is free to use for organizations of any size. However, if you'd like to gain more value from your Guides account, you can upgrade to a paid plan that includes many powerful features to help you organize, share, and manage your organizations' knowledge.

To subscribe to a premium plan:

  1. At the bottom of your left side navigation click on Account Settings (if you don't see account settings, you aren't an administrator on your account. You will need to ask your system administrator to add you as an administrator ).
  2. Click on the settings button under the Upgrades / Billing section
