You can follow stocks on StockTwits as well. To do this, click on the Follow button located in the top right column on ticker pages just above the stock chart. To find a stocks ticker page, just type the symbol into the search bar.

You can view a list of Stocks you follow by clicking to Stocks button form your profile page.
