A Big Limiting Belief

If there's one limiting belief I hear more than anything it's the belief that "no one can do it like me". This keeps so many business owners trapped in the day-to-day grind.

It stifles growth, breeds isolation, and ultimately hinders the very success they're striving for.

Thinking that no one can do it like you, will keep you small.

If you're that good - teach people to do it like you.

What you choose to do in each hour of the day matters a lot to whether or not you will reach your vision.

If you're doing menial work you'll never get there.

Your calendar can be your greatest asset or your biggest roadblock. And the truth is many business owners are still doing work that a minimum wage employee could be doing.

They're not prioritizing high impact work that will get them to achieve their mission.

Remember that where your focus goes is what will grow. If you're never focused on expanding, then guess what? You'll never expand.

Be a business owner, not a business operator. Know your worth. Refuse to do any menial task that doesn't stand up to it. Use the 3 d's: Delegate, delete or defer anything that isn't your top priority in achieving your mission.

That's how you level up. That's how you reach the next level. It all starts with you.
