To manage who can access your channel, click on the settings link beside the channel name, and then select the tab on the left "Community Access".

Your options are:

• Public: Anyone can access, even if they don't have a guides account
• Open: Anyone in your organization can access this channel
• Private: Only invited members can access it

NOTE: You cannot change your channel to "public" if you have private guides in your channel. You will need to remove these before making your channel public.
