The Sale Completion Process:
Before we complete a "sale" the following must be completed:
- A Guides.co Sale Commitment Form must be completed and:
- The financial terms must be approved by the sales manager
- The scope (content + deadlines) of the project must be approved
by an Account Manager
- Once approvals are completed, an account manager must be
assigned to the project. They will complete a contract with the
specific terms and send to the client for signature.
- Receive final signatures.
